A delicious chai latte, made with Gray Duck burnt sugar and ginger chai and a splash of our housemade vanilla syrup.
THE LEX
A nod to Dan, one of our neighbors here in Lex-Ham: a classic turtle mocha (2 ounces of espresso, steamed milk, chocolate, and caramel)
THE HAMLINE
A favorite - this has a 2 ounces of espresso, steamed milk, lavender, and raw honey.

Always a pleaser, we offer Meat and Veggie burritos made right here in-house. Meat Burrito: Scrambled eggs, Cheese, Onions, Bell Peppers, Diced Ham, and Bacon. Veggie Burrito: Scrambled eggs, Cheese, Onions, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Broccoli.
TURKEY SANDWICH
A new addition to our menu, a classic turkey sandwich with just the right amount of red onions and a healthy slice of pepper jack cheese to add that extra kick all served on a ciabatta bun from our friends at La Boulangerie Marguerite.

True Stone Coffee Roaster is a St. Paul mainstay and only sells the finest coffee beans that have been bought from the world’s finest small farms and cooperatives, which allows them to trace varietals, to control the processing methods, the labor conditions, and the unique ecological characteristics of every coffee they sell.
Autumn Wood Farms is a family farm business in central Minnesota. Autumn Wood knows that the best milk comes from hard work, caring for the animals, and investing in relationships - this is why we have partnered with them to use only their hand-delivered (in glass bottles even) milk.
La Boulangerie Marguerite goes back 80 years in St. Paul and is still delivering wonderful smells and beautiful cases of tempting treats to everybody in the neighborhood. The owner’s of this bakery live right around the corner from yellowbird!
Koru Kombucha brewed by local montessori teacher, Miss Jess, this gut-pleasing kombucha is the bomb. Enjoy such flavors as Pineapple Basil, Strawberry Lime, Elderberry Lemon, or Mixed Berry.
